Seeing Is Believing

It is often asked of us, "What is this website all about?" It is a complex answer for certain. This website is a vehicle for modern free expression, thought and art. The theories of the site don't have to be explained except through one central idea that it is all relative and connected. The ideas presented through our comics, flash animations, drawings, photos and film will come back around to each individual in time. For the elder generations, and souls on the other end of the spectrum who were never meant to get the meaning of Axis of Stevil. Relax in the end it will all come to nothing so it doesn't matter anyways. This website is not complex, and it's message is in the thoughts and feelings it stirs within you.
We speak in a third person-omnipotent(ish) existential voice. The point is to make people think about what they are doing instead of telling them what to think about a certain story or theory. Make them think about why people do things and how they justify their lives and choices. Does everything happen for a reason? Is there a god? Were we created for a purpose? Why can't people tap their infinite spirit? What are the Ruxpins doing? Are we accidental growths and evolutionists on the outside of something much greater? Have we just created ways to keep ourselves busy so we don't focus on the real problems and the real truth about life, the universe and everything? Maybe it really is all about the Hokey-pokey.
We don't claim to have all the answers, we don't lay claims of great talent, and ability. We merely wish to be the 1st of many voices of the new aware generation.

An entry from Thurston's Log on April 17, 2005:
Greetings,
Today begins the journey. I car-pooled with some of my fellow associates to the quaint town of Boone, North Carolina. They were interested in site-seeing and things of a tourist nature. So was I. I had heard that Boone was filled with hippies and that vegetarian and vegan foods were more abundant. People that won't try to stick a fork in your rump? More choices of non-meat meals? Oh yes. I was in there like swim wear.
During our drive, we watched the sunset through the trees and the hills. By the time we made it to Boone, night had taken over.

AXIS OF STEVIL PRODUCT TESTING LAB: KNIFE TEST 1.4b
The Axis of Stevil, in an attempt to make the world a safer more pleasant place to live, conducts an on site secondary product testing of various goods on the market today. This process is extremely important in protecting the integrity of the current relationship between manufacturer and consumer. Though many manufacturers have their own product testing labs, it is not impossible that a few "bad eggs" slip out of the basket and into the moving trucks to the consumer's home. The Axis of Stevil is here to further filter out these "bad eggs" making the world a safer place for Pet Rocks and their parental consumers.
